COUNTDOWN COMMAND is a event countdown dashboard. This operations dashboard was designed to surface every possible angle of a target date, rendered in the style of a mission control center.
Whether you're tracking a product launch, a retirement, a life milestone, or days until vacation — the system takes your target date and reports status across every unit of time imaginable. Maybe some unimaginable?
Why did I create this? Why not? It started as a project I wanted for something cool as I count down the last decade before retirement, and just sort of went from there. I knew I wanted something that didn't have damn ads all over the place, that was for sure.

Six live progress bars showing elapsed fraction of every time cycle.

Decimal, Hex, Oct, Bin, Roman
Integer days remaining expressed in five different numeral systems.

Heartbeats & Breaths
Translates remaining time into heartbeats, breaths, sleeps, and meals.
⚙ USAGE
Pass a target date via the ?date= URL parameter in YYYY-MM-DD format. Optionally pass ?title= to replace the header text with your event name or milestone. Pass nothing in and be prompted for both!
